Michael Pekel, Owner of Premier General Contractors, resides in the beautiful city of Homestead, Florida with his wife, Yesenia, and three boys, Ethan, Carter, and Joseph. Born and raised in Homestead, Michael has a deep appreciation for the homeowners and business owners he works with. His personable demeanor establishes a confident, professional relationship with clients and a neighborly standard of communication.
While most of his projects are in the Homestead area, he has proudly served customers throughout South Florida and the upper keys. Michael started Premier General Contractors with the hope of providing a quality and trustworthy contractor to serve homestead and the surrounding area. He holds a State of Florida Certified General Contractor license and stays on the cutting edge of construction materials and installation processes by attuning conferences, expo’s and other continuing education courses.
He works side-by-side with subcontractors and can quickly identify quality processes and remove those that are less than desirable. Michaels expectations are high on every aspect of a home’s assemblage, and with his extensive knowledge and background experience, those who work for him respect his knowledge and meet his standards.
As Premier General Contractors expanded, Michael began to realize that he needed additional staff, both in his office and in the field, so that he could maintain his reputation for great personal attention and high quality projects. With a staff as efficient and trustworthy as his, someone is always available to help clients and his clients are assured that they can rely on his employees to assist them in any way they can.
